Do I need my unlimited tag number to update my credit card on file?

Yes, If you do not have your unlimited tag number please contact us.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

If you have your pass number, please visit the wash location or call our office number (812) 424-4925 to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.

Can I change my plan type online?

While you cannot change the plan online, you can come in to the wash, call our office number (812) 424-4925, or use the Royal Express Car Wash Mobile App (coming soon!) to change plans.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

If I am part of a group/family plan, what pass number should I use?

Only the group leader may update the credit card on file. If the group leader cancels, all members will be canceled as well.

From the direction of USI:
Go east on the Lloyd/IN-62; turn right onto South Boehne Camp Road, then turn left onto Pearl Drive—you’ll see us on the right.
