How can I cancel my plan?

Our unlimited plans are billed monthly, in a recurring charge. You can cancel anytime here, through our website or by emailing info@waterworksdenver.com. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone.

Do I need my license plate number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?

Yes.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

Please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.

Can I change my plan type online?

No, please visit the Carwash to change plans.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by the Carwash to reactivate your plan.

What if I want to reactivate my monthly plan?

You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
