Yes, If you do not have your license plate number please contact us.

Your license plate number is your license plate plus the state code affixed to the end.(e.g. ABC123-MD)
I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
Please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.
Can I change my plan type online?
No, please visit the wash location to change plans.
How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
All cancellations must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to your recharge date. Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
What if I want to reactivate my account?
You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
Do each of the vehicles I own need its own membership?
Yes. Monthly Membership plans are associated and maintained by identifying each vehicle's license plate.
How many times can I wash my car on a monthly membership?
You can wash everyday that our facilities are open, but only once per day.
