• No contracts, cancel anytime (please submit cancellations at least 7 days before your next recharge)
   

Terms & Conditions

1. Valid only at participating Touchless Car Wash locations.
2. Valid for specified program services only. See program brochure for details. Additional charges may apply for other services.
3. Valid for one car wash per day for registered vehicle only.
4. Unlimited membership programs with valid license plate
5. License plates with tinted covers are not eligible for Unlimited Monthly program
6. Valid credit/debit card required to participate in program. Monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customer’s Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card each month.
7. The first charge to the customer will be on the date customer joins the program and recurring charges will be charged on the anniversary date each month thereafter.
8. In the event that you wish to cancel the program, click on “Cancel Plan” or contact us at 301-948-3505 or visit us on site and speak with an attendant.
   IMPORTANT: Membership plans must be cancelled online at least 7 days prior to your plan anniversary date to avoid further charges. There are no partial month(s) refunds if you terminate before your monthly charge date. All cancellations must be submitted 7 days prior to your plan’s monthly recharge date to prevent next payment from posting.
9. In the event Touchless Car Wash is unable to charge a customer’s credit/debit card for any reason, the membership will be suspended and the license plate will be deactivated after the unsuccessful charge attempt.
10. Vehicles must conform to Touchless Car Wash requirements. Modifications to an existing vehicle that are outside of Touchless Car Wash’s requirements may result in program termination. Please see location manager for details.
11. License plate must be registered to that vehicle. Temporary plates are ineligible.
12. Upgrades to additional services or packages can be added by payment of the difference between the current member’s selected membership price and the additional service/package requested.
13. Coupons or special offers may not be combined with any unlimited membership at any time.
14. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
15. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
16. Touchless Car Wash reserves the right to terminate any unlimited membership, wash package or the program at any time without notice.
17. No refunds for closures due to weather or equipment maintenance.
18. Cancellation: Membership plans must be cancelled online or by email at least 7 days prior to your plan anniversary date to avoid further charges. There are no partial month(s) refunds if you terminate before your monthly charge date.

LIABILITY

Touch Less Car Wash is not responsible for the following once your vehicle has entered the tunnels:

• Antennas, including telescoping, satellite, on on-star or mobile phone
• specific manufacturer technical service bulletins (TSB)
• damaged caused by vehicles not in gear or with brakes depressed
• loose / broken parts or previous / existing damage
• wiper blades or mirrors
• vehicles over 7 years old
• non-factory installed parts, including wind guards, bug shields, light bars, spoilers / fans, low profile wheels & tires
• hood emblems / ornaments
• interior / exterior non-factory stickers or decals
• damage caused by driver error
• magnets or hitch covers
• luggage racks or running boards
• oversized tires, rims or hubcaps
• vinyl or loose spare tire covers
• license plates, covers or frames
• any valuables left in the vehicle
• claims of damages or missing items once the vehicle has left the property
