How do I find my "Customer ID"?
Your "Customer ID" will be the code from the RFID sticker that was affixed to your windshield when you purchased your plan. This is an 11 digit number separated with a plus (+) symbol. (e.g. 12345+123456). If you were not issued an RFID sticker you should enter your license plate number. Note: License plate numbers should not include spaces and must include the issuing state code. For example, if your plate number is "ABC 1234" and issued by the state of Illinois, you would need to enter "ABC1234-IL".
I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my membership to another vehicle?
Can I cancel my plan online?
Yes, you must cancel your monthly unlimited club membership online at www.soapycarwash.com.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
How do I change my membership plan?
Please visit us in-person. One of our crew members will happily assist you in upgrading or downgrading your membership plan.
