Do I need my FastPass number to cancel my membership or update my credit/debit card?
Yes. (Your eleven digit FastPass number can be found on the “tag” affixed to the windshield/door jamb of your vehicle.)
I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my membership?
On your next visit, please inform a team member that you’re an active member with a new vehicle.
Can I change my membership package online?
No. (Please visit any Sgt. Clean’s Car Wash location to change your membership package.)
How long does it take for my membership to be canceled?
Your membership will remain active until your next billing date. (During this time, you may continue to wash your vehicle.)
Will I receive a refund after canceling my membership?
No. (Your membership will remain active until your next billing date.)
Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit/debit card or cancel my membership?
