The form says it can't find my membership, what could be wrong?

Your license plate number must be entered with it's state code in order to be recognized by our system. For example: If your license plate number is ABC 1234 and was issued by the State of California you should enter ABC1234-CA into the form.

Do I need my license plate number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?

Yes. If you no longer have the license plate please contact us or come by either location for assistance.

I have purchased a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?

Your plan will remain active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time.
