Do I need my license plate number or fastpass number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
Yes, if you do not have the license plate number associated with your account, please contact us or email checkeredflagexpresscarwash@gmail.com
I have a new license plate plate number. How do I update this information on my account?
If you have a new license plate number but there are no changes to the vehicle year, make, model, or color; please visit one of our locations to process your request. You can also make this request online by filling out a form under contact us.
Can I change my membership type online?
Changes to your membership type cannot be done online. Please visit one of our locations to process your request.
How can I discontinue my membership?
There are 3 ways you can discontinue your membership. On our website, go to Manage My Plan, you will fill out the form and your membership will be discontinued. You can email checkeredflagexpresscarwash@gmail.com to discontinue the membership. In the email, please provide your name, phone number and license plate number to the vehicle on your account. Lastly, you can come to one of our locations and speak with an attendant to discontinue your membership. Remember, all requests to discontinue must be made 10 days prior to your recharge date.
How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
If you wish to discontinue your membership, a request must be made in writing or by email 10 days before the next billing period. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Will I receive a refund after canceling my membership?
A refund will not be issued after discontinuing your membership. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my membership?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
Cancellation requests cannot be undone. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you would like to remain a member after your billing cycle has ended, you will need to purchase a new membership. This can be done online or in person at one of our locations.
