Yes, If you do not have your monthly tag number please contact us.

 I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

If you have your pass number, please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.

 Can I change my plan type online?

No, please cancel purchased plan if within 48 hours, then proceed to change to preferred plan.

 How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?

If you are wishing to terminate your plan, this needs to be done within 48 hours of purchase date. Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

 Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

 Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

 What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

If you change your mind AFTER the cancellation has been done, you will just need to visit us and purchase another Monthly Plan of choice at that time.
