How do I use my unlimited membership?
Once you’ve signed up for the unlimited car wash membership, you will receive a FastPass windshield sticker for your car. When you visit any Car Spa location, pull into a lane with a FastPass scanner, and your sticker will be automatically scanned. The entire process is quick and contact-free.
Can I use my membership on more than one vehicle?
One unlimited membership can be used for one vehicle only. Each FastPass windshield sticker is issued based on the information of one vehicle.
Can I transfer my membership to another vehicle(or my new vehicle)?
Yes. Please visit your nearest Car Spa location and let a team member know you need to transfer your membership to another vehicle. They will update the vehicle information in our system, and issue a new FastPass sticker, deactivating the previous one.
How do I change a plan?
You can downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time by visiting your nearest Car Spa location. Let a team member know which plan you're switching to.
How do I pay for my membership??
When you sign up for an unlimited wash membership, you will be set up on automatic monthly payments. The credit card you paid with at sign up will be charged on that same day every month.
Do I need my membership tag number to update credit card information or cancel your membership?
Yes. You need your membership tag number to update credit card information or cancel your membership. Your membership tag is located in the lower left hand corner of your windshield. If you need help with finding your membership tag number, please contact us at 888-552-2885. Or you can send a message to us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the help you need.
How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
Once you submit the cancellation request, your membership is cancelled immediately. No more monthly fees will be charged to your credit card. Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to use your member benefits during this period of time.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
Unfortunately no refund will be issued after you cancel your membership. Your membership will remain active until your next billing date. You may continue to use your member benefits during this period of time.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my membership?
Yes. An email confirmation will be sent to you after you submit your request of updating your credit card information or cancelling your membership.
What if I want to reactivate my membership after I submit my cancellation request?
Thank you for choosing Car Spa again! However, you will need to stop by one of our locations and a team member will help you reactivate your membership.
