 CAN I STILL PAY FOR A YEAR UP FRONT?

If you wish to pay in advance for a 12 month membership, which we still offer, you will receive a 10% on the total price of the annual membership. For example, 12 months of our Full Service Spa Package would be $359.88, ($29.99×12), but if you were to prepay it would only cost you $323.90.

 WHAT ABOUT MY FREE OIL CHANGE OR DETAIL SERVICE?

Members now will receive 10% off any oil change service at Auto Spa Etc. Ellisville, throughout the entire length of their membership. After 12 months of using your monthly spa club, you will receive your free detail service.

 HOW MANY VEHICLES MAY I USE MY SPA CLUB MEMBERSHIP ON?

Your spa club membership is valid for unlimited washes on one vehicle only. You may purchase additional spa clubs for your other vehicles.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A NEW CAR?

If you replace a vehicle, your spa club is eligible to be transferred to a new vehicle, however, it is only eligible for one vehicle.

 HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

Your membership fee is automatically billed to your credit card each month. Your first month’s membership will be prorated as follows: full price when you join the 1st – 7th of the month; 75% of the full price when you join the 8th – 14th of the month; 50% of the full price when you join the 15th – 22nd of the month; 25% of the full price when you join the 23rd – 28th of the month; and 10% of the full price when you join the 29th – 31st of the month.

 CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN TYPE ONLINE?

No, you will need to stop by a location to change plans.

 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PLAN TO BE CANCELLED?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

 WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER CANCELLING MY PLAN?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

 WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AFTER I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD OR CANCEL MY PLAN?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request

 WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I SUBMIT MY CANCELLATION REQUEST?

You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
