CAN I STILL PAY FOR A YEAR UP FRONT?
If you wish to pay in advance for a 12 month membership you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of the annual membership. For example, 12 months of our Full Service Spa Package would be $408.00, ($34.00×12), but if you were to prepay it would only cost you $367.20.
HOW MANY VEHICLES MAY I USE MY SPA CLUB MEMBERSHIP ON?
Your spa club membership is valid for unlimited washes on one vehicle only. You may purchase additional spa clubs for your other vehicles.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A NEW CAR?
If you replace a vehicle, your spa club is eligible to be transferred to a new vehicle, however, it is only eligible for one vehicle.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
Your membership fee is automatically billed to your credit card each month on your anniversary date.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN TYPE?
You can download the Auto Spa Etc. APP or stop by any location to change your plan type.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PLAN TO BE CANCELLED?
Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER CANCELLING MY PLAN?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AFTER I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD OR CANCEL MY PLAN?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I SUBMIT MY CANCELLATION REQUEST?
You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
