Your unlimited tag is located in the lower left hand corner of your windshield.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

Please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.

Can I change my plan type online?

Currently, you can not change your plan type online. However you can use our mobile app to change plans. Download it on your Apple or Android device by clicking here on your mobile device or by searching the App Store or Play Store for Sam's Car Wash Lexington

How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
