Go to your FAV location to make your request. You will need your current Fast Pass sticker, the sticker number, or the current credit card on file.
Can I change my plan type online?
No, you will need to visit your Red Carpet Car Wash or Ride & Shine location for assistance.
How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
Your plan will continue to be active until the day prior to your next recharge date and you may continue to wash your car during this time.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, as per our policy, refunds are not permitted. Your plan remains active until the day prior to your next recharge date.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
