You can use your FastPass number OR your license plate number (ex: 1234567-CA) to cancel or update your credit card.

Where is my Fast Pass Tag Number?

If it was added to your car, it would be located in the lower/upper left hand corner of your windshield. It is also located on the barcode on the door jam of the vehicle (e.g.-12345+678910).

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my plan to another vehicle?

Please visit the wash location to transfer a new plan to a different vehicle.

Can I change my plan type online?

No, you will need to stop by the wash location to change plans.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
