I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
If you have your pass number, please visit any location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle. If you need your pass number, please contact us.
Can I change my pass type online?
Yes, it's as simple as clicking the "Change Pass Type" option above and filling out our quick and easy form.
How long does it take for my pass to be cancelled?
Your pass will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my pass?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your pass remains active until your next billing date.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my pass?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your pass.
If I am part of a group/family pass, what pass number should I use?
Only the group leader may update the credit card on file. If the group leader cancels, all members will be cancelled as well.
