Dear Unlimited Wash Club Member,

In accordance with local officials, we are closing our Houston car washes. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes to our customers, especially our valued Unlimited Wash Club members.

What we are doing:

  • We have suspended all billing and will ensure that members receive at least 30 days of washing from their last bill date upon reopening.

  • During this period, we will temporarily pause your membership and you will see a one penny charge on your account. This allows us to easily reactivate your account once normal operations resume.

  • We're committed to providing timely updates and communication to our members during this period.

  • We will continue to follow the recommendations of community health authorities in determining a responsible timeline for reopening our locations.

Do I need my unlimited tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?

Yes, If you do not have your unlimited tag number please contact us.

Where is my Unlimited Tag Number?

If it was added to your car, it would be located in the lower left hand corner of your windsheild.(e.g. 12345+678910)

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

If you have your pass number, please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.

Can I change my plan type online?

No, you will need to stop by the wash location to change plans.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.

What if I want to reactivate my Fast Pass?

You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
