It would be located on the sticker in the lower left-hand corner of your windshield. (This is a six digit number that starts with 1 0)

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass to another vehicle?

Can I change my plan type online?
No. To upgrade or change your Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass, please speak to a manager on site, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my plan online?
No. Please email us at email@example.com to cancel. Cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date. If cancellation is not received within this time frame, you
will be charged for that month. We will not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
