How do I cancel my unlimited plan?

If you wish to cancel your monthly billing for the unlimited plan, you must cancel via email by sending your full name, phone number, make/model of vehicle and fast pass tag number to: info@h20carwashanddetail.com.

Can I change my plan type online?

No, you will need to stop by the wash location to change plans.

Do I need my unlimited tag number to update my credit card on file?

Yes, If you do not have your unlimited tag number please contact us.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

If you have your pass number, please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
