Do I need my Endless Pass number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?

Yes, If you do not have your Endless Pass number please contact us. Starting January 2022 we send out a detailed welcome email when you sign up that includes your Pass number and exactly how to cancel – if you received the email pull it up and it explains the process. It’s simple, fast and guarantees you don’t get recharged!

Can I update my credit card information online?

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my Endless pass to another vehicle?

At your next visit just ask our attendant and we’ll get you set up with a new sticker! EASY.

• Can I change my plan type online?

No, you will need to stop by a location to change plans. But it takes five minutes.

How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an automated email confirmation after you submit your request.

If I am part of a group/family plan, what pass number should I use?

Only the group leader may update the credit card on file. If the group leader cancels, all members will be cancelled as well.

Do you offer family or group plans?

Yes! Our family plan is available for up to four cars with our Gleam Total Interior + Total Exterior Plan ($55) and offers $10 off the plan for each additional car (the first car is full price with each additional car receiving $10 off per month). For larger groups, please contact us.
