Yes, If you do not have your license plate number please contact us.

I'm having trouble entering my license plate number, what should I do?

Make sure you are entering your license plate number with no spaces, you will also need to include your state. For example, if you have a Texas license plate, and your number is ABC 1234, you will need to enter ABC1234-TX in order for our system to recognize it correctly.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my membership to another vehicle?

Please visit the wash location to transfer your membership to a different vehicle.

Can I change my plan type online?

No, you will need to stop by the wash location to change plans.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
