Your license plate number must be entered with the state code in order to be recognized by our system. For
example: If your license plate number is ABC 1234 and was issued by the state of Louisiana you should enter
ABC1234-LA into the form.
Do I need my license plate number to update my credit card on file?
Yes, If you no longer have the license plate please contact us or come by
the wash for assistance.
I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my
pass to another vehicle?
Please visit the wash location to transfer your membership to a new vehicle.
Can I change my plan type online?
No, you will need to stop by the wash location to change plans.
Can I cancel my plan type online?
No, you will need to stop by the wash location to cancel your plan.
