To cancel your membership please visit any of our locations or email hyanniscarwash@baliseauto.com,  provided that you have met the cancellation requirement. On your email please include your Fast Pass number located at the left bottom of your windshield and your contact information, first and last name.

The Unlimited Wash Plans are month to month, there are no long term contracts or commitments, no hidden cancellations charges.

Do I need my unlimited tag number to update my credit card on file?

Yes, If you do not have your unlimited tag number please call one of our wash locations.

• Can I change my plan type online?

No, you will need to stop by a location to change plans.
