• What is the Unlimited Wash Club?
The Unlimited Wash Club is a membership service that enables your to wash your vehicle once a day.
• How does Auto Spa’s Unlimited Club different from other Express Washes?
At Auto Spa, we are a full service wash. We dry your car and jambs, finish wheels, and drive it through. We also give you the opportunity to upgrade to a DISCOUNTED interior service of $10 a la carte. This service includes vacuuming of seats and carpet, beating of mats, cleaning of windows, and a light dusting of dash and cupholders. It is regularly priced at $16.99. At other express washes, you leave with partially wet car, wheels unfinished, vacuuming is not done or you must do it yourself and you drive your car through.
• How often may I wash my vehicle?
You can wash your vehicle once every day that our facilities are open.
• Are there long term contracts when I join?
No. You can cancel any time. There are no long term contracts or cancellation fees.
• Do each of the vehicles I own need its own membership?
Yes. Each car will need its own Unlimited Wash Club membership.
• Do I need my license plate or tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
Yes, if you do not have your license plate or tag number please contact 239-530-0006
• How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
Your plan will not recharge but you are free to wash until your next billing date.
• Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund however you will not longer be billed.
• Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
• What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
You will need to either buy online or stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
