TERMS OF SERVICE

• Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club can be used once every 24 hours.  Your membership is renewed monthly on the day you signed up.
• Auto Spa management reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it deems necessary.
• Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club is monthly subscription, there are no long-term commitments or contracts, no hidden cancellation charges. You can cancel your membership anytime either online or in store.
• Members may upgrade to a higher wash and pay the difference at the time of the wash.
• Only the vehicle listed on the sign-up form is eligible for the Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club. It is the club member’s responsibility to inform Auto Spa of any change in vehicle ownership.
• By enrolling in the Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club, I agree that the credit card provided can be charged the billable amount on the enrollment form.  I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of any related credit card charges. Whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
• Credit/debit cards on file will be billed monthly on the day of sign-up (If you sign-up on the 9th of the month, you will be billed every month on the 9th).
• The Auto Spa Unlimited Wash Club cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
